it’s always best to make reservations before you go.

every hotel i have worked in or heard of have something called a walk in price, which is much higher than the prebook price. this is also what i was taught in hotel management school.

I’m not so sure about the websites though. You can usually go to the hotel’s website to find the price. Then you can compair it to the other websites to find the best deal.

Another reason you should get a reservation is because they may be booked up. It would really suck if you got there and all the hotels were full.

EDIT:
if they do not have an official website, then just give them a call. you can find their phone number with google. most usually have toll free numbers if that is an issue.
